Leonardo Hotel Group is expanding its serviced apartments brand, master, across Europe - and we need a dealmaker who knows how to turn cities into markets and assets into revenue.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Development Manager to lead our portfolio expansion across Europe. Your primary mission is to identify, negotiate, and secure new properties for our serviced apartment brand. You will be the bridge between property owners and our operations team, ensuring every new unit added is profitable and compliant.

Open to candidates across Europe.Key Responsibilities

  • Property Sourcing: Proactively identify new sites through estate agents, developers, and direct-to-landlord marketing.
  • Deal Structuring: Negotiate favorable terms for Rent-to-Rent (R2R), Management Agreements, or Acquisitions.
  • Financial Appraisal: Conduct rigorous “deal audits” to project ROI, ensuring each property meets our minimum profit margins.
  • Relationship Management: Build a “gold-standard” network of local brokers and landlords to secure first refusal on new listings.
  • Project Handover: Coordinate with the interiors/setup team to ensure units are “guest-ready” on

schedule.

Required Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 2-3 years in property acquisitions, real estate, or hospitality development.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local rental markets and high-demand areas for corporate and leisure travel.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections regarding the serviced accommodation model and clearly articulate its benefits to landlords (e.g., professional cleaning, no AST issues).
  • Languages: English (mandatory), other European languages are an advantage.
