Marketing Toolbox is a digital marketing agency based in Sofia, Bulgaria, serving clients primarily in the United States and Europe. We specialize in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Graphic Design, and AI-powered marketing solutions.

We are looking for an experienced PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, implementing conversion tracking, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies that drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from strategy to execution.

• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

• Write high-performing ad copy and create effective campaign structures.

• Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns through bid management, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

• Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel.

• Configure events, conversions, remarketing audiences, and custom audiences.

• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

• Prepare weekly updates and monthly performance reports for clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of PPC, Performance Marketing, Conversion Tracking, and Digital Advertising.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.

• Ability to develop and execute PPC strategies independently.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients.

• Spanish language proficiency.

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid media platforms.

• Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
