Client Success is essential to building profitable long-term relationships with clients by helping them succeed. The team is responsible for building and executing a strategy to drive and expand client onboarding, adoption, engagement, and measurable value from our AI-enabled marketing platform. Success in this role extends far beyond support – it is about becoming a trusted advisor who enables marketers to realize their program goals by unlocking the platform’s full potential. The Client Success team will:
- Guide clients through onboarding, integrations, and adoption of each Marketeam.ai marketing agent
- Help configure and optimize the performance of the AI marketing agents, workflows, prompts, and campaign strategies
- Share and help clients apply best practices in marketing execution, ensuring the platform amplifies client performance
- Proactively monitor each client’s platform use to maximize ROI and uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless cross-functional client experience
- Champion customer advocacy, ensuring every client realizes the value and benefits of Marketeam.ai marketing agents and that the client’s voice is heard when it comes to enhancements to the platform that need to be made
- Find revenue expansion opportunities by identifying, communicating, and sharing marketing expertise to improve client outcomes and results via the platform

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and marketing leaders, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for leveraging the Marketeam.ai platform and marketing best practices
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic and tactical objectives and ensure Marketeam.ai becomes a critical enabler of their campaigns, initiatives, and success
- Capture, measure, and communicate client performance, adoption, opportunities, and engagement metrics to drive retention and growth
- Proactively identify opportunities to help clients achieve their marketing and company objectives; use a “soft” approach to retain and expand the relationship on an ongoing basis
- Organize and lead regular business and product reviews with clients to showcase the value of Marketeam’s AI agents, highlight key successes, and gather input on potential product improvements, enhancements, and new ideas
- Provide hands-on, platform-focused guidance to onboard clients quickly, ensuring they achieve measurable results within 14 days of purchasing the solution
- Establish a regular client check-in schedule to proactively help them maximize their AI agent’s capabilities, share best practices, and provide guidance on advanced techniques, anticipating needs rather than waiting for requests
- Deliver continuous Marketeam.ai education, combining platform training and marketing execution, helping clients maximize AI agent use, adopt best practices, and see the platform as essential to achieving their goals
- Provide strategic guidance by showing clients how to use the Marketeam.ai platform to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, measure ROI, and maximize their competitive advantage
- Share client feedback and insights with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap and drive product innovation
- Own and resolve client issues quickly and accurately, escalating when needed to ensure an exceptional client experience
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in SAAS or AI Technology Customer/Client Success
- 2-5 years experience hands-on digital marketing experience (within a marketing team, or ad agency)
- Start-up experience preferred
