We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Content Strategist to lead the planning, development, and optimization of content across our digital channels. If you excel at combining storytelling with analytics and enjoy shaping content ecosystems that drive growth, this role is ideal for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan, create, and oversee content across websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and product communications
  • Conduct audience research to inform messaging, tone, and content direction
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams
  • Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice and messaging guidelines
  • Lead content calendars, content workflows, and editorial processes
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all content assets
  • Identify content gaps and new opportunities for growth and audience expansion

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial management, or content marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and content planning ability
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience with SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and performance-driven content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, content frameworks, and audience research
  • Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
