Media Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Media Operations Coordinator Company: MADE Hoops Location: Remote / Some Travel Required Reports to: Director of Social Media / Director of MarketingJob Overview MADE Hoops is seeking an entrepreneurial, organized and customer-centric team member to help operate our Paid Content business, where individual players and/or teams can request custom mixtapes, video packages, graphic packages, photoshoots (and more) when they play in MADE Hoops events. Key ResponsibilitiesPAID CONTENT PACKAGES

• Leading paid photo and video package business vertical (Info here)
• Upselling photo and video content packages by utilizing digital marketing and outreach tactics,
• Researching best practices of other sports organizations and implementing the practices into our company strategy
• Managing freelance contributors to ensure timely delivery of photo and video packages
• Maintaining and analyzing company customer relationship management (“CRM”) to produce effective, timely outreach and marketing materials.

STAFFING / OPS

• Playing a key role in sourcing freelancers for MADE events; maintaining and monitoring our existing database of freelancers, add new freelancers into the database
• Reviewing and overseeing external media credential requests and interest for all MADE Hoops events, and granting approval where allowable
• Periodically traveling to major events for quality control efforts, to ensure appropriate coordination with freelancers at events.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience working with freelance photographers and videographers
• Extremely organized and familiar with the use of spreadsheets, Monday.com and Google Documents/Drive
• Ability to correspond with numerous third parties simultaneously
• Ability to shoot photo and video is a huge plus
• Ability to edit photo and video is a huge plus
