We’re building something fast and exciting at Love Brand Group — and we need someone who loves keeping things organized, smooth, and clear behind the scenes.
This role is about being the go-to person who helps the team stay focused: supporting HR, coordinating finance basics, managing admin tasks, and improving our daily operations as we grow.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
- Support HR processes: onboarding, contracts, time tracking, and team wellbeing.
- Coordinate with our accountants on invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Keep our admin and tools tidy: document management, subscriptions, travel, calendars.
- Help improve internal processes so we work more efficiently together.
- Assist leadership with light reporting and compliance when needed.
💼 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, office management, admin, HR or finance support.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive — you like things to be in order.
- Good knowledge of basic HR and financial processes.
- Comfortable with Office365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Italian is a plus.
- Extra points if you’ve worked in a startup or fast-paced environment.
