Product Manager

Lead experiments, ship features, and improve retention in a small, fast-moving consumer app team. Remote within Australia.

The role

You’ll be the first Product Manager, working closely with the CEO to shape the roadmap. You will design, ship and iterate on features, run A/B tests, and help build a simple, repeatable product experimentation engine. You will analyse user data and feedback, and lead a team of 4 engineers and 1 designer to move key metrics.

About you

• At least 2 years of Product Manager experience in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong product and design intuition with a focus on user experience
• Data-driven, comfortable interpreting product metrics. SQL is a plus
• Bias for action. You ship, learn and iterate quickly
• Organised, collaborative and comfortable working across time zones
• Must have Australian working rights

• Location: Remote in Australia
• Competitive base salary $150–160k + super (depending on experience) plus equity
• Work directly with a small, tight knit & highly capable team on a successful consumer subscription product
• Travel to Vietnam in 2026 for the annual team retreat
