Part-Time Social Media Manager & Creator (Remote)

Lola is a fast-growing female wellness tech brand built to support recovery, rest, self-care, and confidence. Our range includes a premium LED face mask and two generations of portable massage guns, with several new product launches on the horizon. Lola is already stocked in major retailers across Europe and expanding quickly.

We’re looking for a content-first social media manager — someone who can be both the creative face and strategic voice of Lola online. You’ll bring the brand to life through authentic, aesthetic, and engaging short-form content, while managing our day-to-day social presence and creator relationships.

What you’ll do

• Be the on-camera face of Lola — embodying the brand’s lifestyle through content that feels natural, confident, and real.
• Film, edit, and post short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) around themes like self-care, wellness, recovery, and daily rituals.
• Plan and post 4–5 pieces of content per week, plus stories.
• Manage social media calendars, engagement, and community growth.
• Identify and reach out to creators for collaborations and content partnerships.
• Organise sample sends and track coverage from influencer and creator activity.
• Monitor performance and evolve the content strategy to drive engagement and growth.

Who you are

• Confident on camera and comfortable filming lifestyle or wellness content.
• A creative self-starter with an instinct for what performs on TikTok and Instagram.
• Skilled in short-form editing and social storytelling.
• Organised and reliable, able to plan, post, and track performance without micromanagement.
• Passionate about wellness, beauty, and self-care.
• Based in the UK or Europe, with access to basic filming equipment (a good phone setup is fine).
