Operations & Marketing Manager (Remote, Anywhere in Australia)

I’m looking for someone awesome to help keep this fast-growing agency running prime! You’ll be the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage an array of tasks with ease, and loves bringing ideas to life with strong communication and attention to detail.

This is a support role with plenty of variety, think streamlining processes, building landing pages, creating & updating proposals, project management, email marketing, and developing/implementing marketing strategies. Most importantly, you’ll be ensuring a great client experience while helping bring big ideas to execution.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in an operations or marketing role
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ability to plan, execute, and self-lead without waiting for instruction
• Proactive and solutions-focused, you see what needs doing and make it happen
• Values work-life balance but also career progression and growth
• Thrives on variety and is excited to grow with the agency

• 2-3 days per week to start, with room to grow quickly if you’re efficient and proactive
• Flexible hours, work when you work best
• Fully remote, anywhere in Australia. Bonus if Sunshine Coast or Brisbane based.
• No micromanaging, just trust and accountability
