We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between data and storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who understands that in performance marketing, creativity isn't just about looking good; it's about driving results. You'll work closely with our performance marketing team to develop creative strategies that convert, scale, and iterate based on real-world data.
As a Creative Strategist at Launcher Lab, you'll be the creative force behind campaigns that need to perform in the wild world of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and beyond. You'll translate client goals and market insights into thumb-stopping creative concepts that drive measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and more
- Translate data insights and audience research into compelling creative briefs and concepts
- Design creative testing frameworks to rapidly iterate and optimise performance
- Generate multiple creative concepts and angles for A/B testing and creative velocity
- Brief designers and video producers on creative executions
- Analyse creative performance data to identify winning patterns and optimisation opportunities
- Participate in client strategy sessions and present creative strategies with confidence
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 3+ years experience in creative strategy, preferably within performance marketing, digital advertising or e-commerce
- Deep understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising creative best practices and formats
- Experience with creative testing methodologies and A/B testing frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into creative action
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating creative strategy work and results
- Data-curious - you love digging into the numbers to understand what makes creative tick
- Creatively agile - you can generate multiple concepts quickly and aren't precious about your ideas
- Clear communicator - explain creative strategy and rationale to clients and team
- Results-oriented - you measure success by performance metrics, not awards
- Self-directed - you can manage your time and deliver without hand-holding
