LANG Beverages SA is on a mission to reduce single bottle use for water & beverages.
About half a trillion bottles of water are consumed every year. This is not sustainable and we have an opportunity to change that.
LANGWATER offers a viable alternative to plastic bottles, by transforming any tap water into pure, mineralized water and healthy drinks, at home.
The solution consists of a water purification device used with mineral and flavour LANGPAKs.
After 12 years of development, we are scaling the launch of our bottle-free drinks solution globally.
We are looking for an eCommerce Performance and Growth Manager, to join the Marketing & Online Sales team and take ownership of growing the sales from our online shop across EU markets.
Responsibilities
In close cooperation with the head of Marketing & Online Sales, as well as internal teams (IT, design, customer service, logistic) and agencies, you will develop and manage our online growth strategy, with a focus on traffic, conversion and revenue. This will include following but may evolve over time:
1) Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing & SEO
· Oversee paid media and coordinate agencies/media-buyers (Google, Meta, YouTube)
· Track performance, identify optimisation opportunities, conduct A/B testing to enhance results.
· Coordinate creative ads localisation with our designers and distribute assets to media partners.
· Analyse campaign performance and KPIs (Acquisition cost, ROAS, AOV) to improve efficiency
· Develop Email & CRM programs: automation and seasonal campaigns.
· Launch an affiliate program or other growth marketing tactics to expand.
· Manage SEO and GEO to improve visibility on search engines and leads from AI assistants
· Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, marketing tactics & innovations.
2) Manage online shop content to improve conversion rate
· Improve conversion rates (CRO) by optimising product pages and UX/UI.
· Create landing pages for campaigns.
· Conduct A/B testing and personalisation experiments
· Introduce new collections on Shopify, implement campaigns
· Upload marketing content to Shopify and supervise the parts that can be delegated
3) Manage sales & marketing tracking, analytics & reporting
· Create sales reporting across channels & analyse
· Oversee tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) to ensure correct data capture.
· Leverage all marketing data to provide actionable insights, allocate budget & optimise overall ROI.
· Build processes, automations & measurable systems to help us grow faster, leaner & smarter.
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce sales and digitalmarketing managing large-scale paid media budgets, in a fast-paced environment, with proven success improving performance metrics like Cost of Acquisition, ROAS, CVR across multiple channels
- Proficiency with Shopify, GA, GTM, GMC, META, Excel, Semrush, Klaviyo platforms
- Strong data & analytics capabilities: ability to analyse data, build dashboards, interpret insights and identify growth levers.
- CRO expertise with A/B testing and UX/UI improvements.
- SEO expertise to strengthen organic visibility, including localisation in different countries.
- Project management: highly organised, with strong communication skills for this 360° role requiring handling priorities, close involvement and working with cross functional teams
- Strong eCommerce sales, financial & business acumen.
- Proactive strategist, result-driven with hands-on attitude: reliable, autonomous, precise.
- Growth mindset: eager to develop, learn and take on evolving responsibilities
- Fluent in English & German; French or other European languages a plus.
- Curious AI enthusiasm to leverage tech to work smarter, always seeking new tactics to improve
