As we expand our global portfolio and accelerate growth, we are seeking a data-driven, innovative Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will own customer acquisition, performance marketing, and revenue-focused initiatives that drive qualified leads and bookings for Lacure Villas. This role blends analytical rigor with creative strategy, combining paid media, CRM, content, and conversion optimization to scale our digital presence and bring new guests into our ecosystem.
You will work closely with leadership, product, and sales teams to develop integrated growth strategies that elevate brand visibility and accelerate direct bookings across our portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcquisition & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Develop and manage multi-channel acquisition funnels to drive high-quality leads and bookings.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CAC, and overall paid performance.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own email strategy and marketing automation to nurture leads through the funnel.
- Build segmentation strategies tailored to high-net-worth and UHNW audiences.
- Design A/B tests across messaging, creative, and automations to improve engagement and conversion.
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Partner with tech and design teams to improve website UX, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Deploy CRO tactics (A/B testing, heatmaps, funnel analysis) to increase direct booking volume.
- Track and optimize lead-to-booking conversion metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and performance reports to monitor campaign performance and business impact.
- Use insights to inform budget allocation, channel mix decisions, and strategic planning.
- Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify market opportunities.
Content & Brand Growth
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling copy, visuals, and video assets tailored to marketing channels.
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, content planning, and link-building efforts.
- Help shape Lacure’s digital storytelling to attract aspirational and luxury travelers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales to deliver high-quality leads and refine strategies based on booking patterns.
- Align with product and portfolio teams on highlighting newly added villas, destination pushes, or seasonal campaigns.
- Manage external agencies and partners as needed.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing—preferably in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands targeting affluent audiences.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Klaviyo), and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through paid and organic channels.
- Ability to think both strategically and hands-on, with a strong analytical and creative mindset.
- Experience optimizing funnels, landing pages, and user flows.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
