We’ve grown 100%+ YOY for consecutive years. Now we’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to help scale our next chapter across the US market.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise AE to drive new revenue across large-scale, sophisticated brands.

You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, shape strategic pitches, and sell creator marketing solutions that blend data, creativity and performance.

This role is ideal for someone confident navigating enterprise orgs, comfortable in senior conversations, and excited about transforming how brands engage with creators.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales — prospecting to negotiation and close
  • Build a strong, strategic pipeline across categories (beauty, fashion, luxury, tech, CPG, DTC, entertainment, finance)
  • Lead high-impact discovery with brand, media and growth teams
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Product and Campaign teams to create enterprise-ready proposals
  • Use data, insights and our Platform to shape compelling solutions
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, manage pipeline and exceed revenue targets
  • Stay on top of creator, media, social and AI/tech trends shaping enterprise buying behaviour
  • Partner cross-functionally (Paid, Strategy, Client Solutions, Product) to strengthen pitches and drive long-term retention
  • Represent Kyra externally as a trusted advisor and category expert

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years in enterprise or consultative sales (creator/influencer marketing, SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Experience closing mid-to-large deals ($150k–$500k+)
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, social and paid media
  • Strong commercial thinking — able to link brand challenges to creative + data-driven solutions
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong pipeline discipline (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset — comfortable moving fast, taking ownership and working remotely
  • Collaborative, coachable and aligned with a high-performance culture

  • Experience at a creator marketing agency or influencer platform
  • Proven success scaling enterprise partnerships
  • Comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency and impact
