We are a creative agency who specialise in content creation and influencer marketing through once in a lifetime travel experiences. We connect brands with target audiences through partnerships with some of the best social influencers and bloggers from all over the world, whilst creating content to spark engagement & conversation.

We are looking for a sharp, seasoned Social Media Strategist to join us on a freelance basis to help expand our strategic capacity. This is not a community management or "posting" role; instead, you will be the architect behind our clients social presence. Your primary focus will be auditing existing channels, developing comprehensive social strategies for upcoming campaigns, and building winning client proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create end-to-end social media strategies for [B2B/B2C] clients, including platform prioritization, content pillars, and community engagement tactics.
  • Pitch & Proposal Support: Work closely with our growth/account teams to build visually compelling and data-backed proposals for new business or upsells.
  • Audits & Insights: Conduct deep-dive audits of client and competitor social ecosystems to identify white space and growth opportunities.
  • Paid/Organic Integration: Collaborate with paid media specialists to ensure organic strategies are supported by (and integrated with) paid social funnels.
  • Reporting Frameworks: Define KPIs and measurement frameworks that align social activity with broader business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strategic Depth: 4+ years of experience in social media strategy, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
  • Proposal Mastery: Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive slide decks (Canva).
  • Data Literate: Expert at using native platform analytics and third-party tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch, or Meltwater) to derive actionable insights.
  • Trend Spotting: A deep understanding of the current social landscape, creator economy, and platform algorithm shifts.
  • Efficiency: Ability to hit the ground running and deliver high-quality strategic documents under tight deadlines.
