We are looking for a Senior PPC & Lead Generation Specialist who thrives in competitive environments and knows how to generate, qualify, and scale high-value leads in regulated and semi-regulated markets.

Role Overview

As a Senior PPC & Lead Generation Specialist, you will fully own the paid acquisition strategy for lead generation funnels, with a primary focus on Forex and similar verticals.

This is a hands-on, performance-first role where success is measured by:

  • Lead volume quality
  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Lead-to-deposit (or conversion) performance
  • Scalability across geographies

You will work on aggressive scaling strategies, multi-country campaigns, and complex funnels in highly competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale PPC campaigns focused on lead generation, especially in Forex, trading, and gaming verticals
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads
  • Native platforms and alternative traffic sources when relevant
  • Build and optimize full lead generation funnels:
  • Ad → Landing Page → Lead Form → Qualification flow
  • Continuously improve CPL, CPA, and downstream conversion metrics
  • Develop and test high-converting angles, creatives, and offers tailored to Forex audiences
  • Run structured A/B testing on:
  • Creatives
  • Funnels
  • Landing pages
  • Lead qualification flows
  • Work closely with tracking to ensure accurate attribution and data integrity
  • Optimize campaigns based on real business KPIs, not just platform metrics
  • Scale campaigns across multiple GEOs, adapting to:
  • Regulations
  • User behavior
  • Market maturity
  • Identify and exploit new traffic sources and arbitrage opportunities
  • Monitor compliance constraints (especially in Forex/gaming ads) and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
  • Proven experience in lead generation (NOT e-commerce)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Forex, trading, or similar high-intent verticals
  • Deep expertise in:
  • Google Ads (mandatory)
  • Meta Ads (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels and user intent
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns with clear ROI accountability
  • Solid knowledge of:
  • Tracking (GTM, GA4, conversion APIs)
  • Attribution challenges in lead gen
  • Ability to optimize beyond CPL:
  • Focus on lead quality and downstream performance
  • Experience working with international markets and scaling across GEOs
  • Strong analytical mindset and decision-making based on data

Nice to Have

  • Experience in gaming lead generation or adjacent verticals
  • Familiarity with:
  • Native advertising platforms
  • Affiliate-style funnels
  • Experience with compliance-heavy industries
  • Strong CRO background (landing pages & funnels)
  • Use of AI tools for:
  • Creative generation
  • Campaign optimization
  • Scaling workflows
