About JTS Growth
We're one of the largest TikTok Shop services agencies, specializing in launching, growing, and managing some of the most successful brands on TikTok Shop. We've helped brands generate millions of units sold through short-form content, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven creative.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the creative thinking behind our clients' content—from initial research and concept development all the way through scriptwriting and performance analysis.

What You'll Do
- Creative Research: Analyze TikTok trends, competitors, winning ads, and creators to identify opportunities.
- Creative Strategy: Develop content strategies tailored to each client's products, audience, and goals.
- Concept Development: Brainstorm compelling hooks, angles, and video ideas designed to maximize attention and conversions.
- Scriptwriting: Write engaging, persuasive scripts for founder stories, product demos, UGC, street interviews, testimonials, and other TikTok-native content.
- Creative Direction: Create creative briefs and collaborate with creators and editors to bring concepts to life.
- Performance Analysis: Review content performance and continuously refine creative strategy based on data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, creators, editors, and clients to ensure creative aligns with business goals.
Skills You'll Need
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Excellent creative thinking and idea generation.
- Exceptional scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of consumer psychology and direct-response marketing.
- Ability to identify patterns in content performance and apply those learnings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation
Up to $6,000/month, with opportunities for salary growth as the business continues to scale.
