You will be responsible for transforming trending content into localized, high-performing assets while managing publishing workflows and social media operations.   • Edit, adapt, and repurpose video content into engaging short-form formats optimized for audience growth and platform performance.
  • Localize and dub content for specific geographic markets and language audiences while maintaining content quality and relevance.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent publishing schedules and adherence to operational standards.
  • Upload, organize, and schedule content across various social media platforms, including short-form video channels.
  • Track content performance metrics and prepare reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Support account setup, maintenance, security procedures, and workflow organization across multiple brands and channels.
  • Improve content retention, engagement, and overall audience growth through data-driven adjustments and creative experimentation.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to support content localization, translation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to social media management.

Requirements

  • Experience editing short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of viral content strategies and audience engagement techniques across social media platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts and balancing competing priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, X, or other short-form content channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured workflows and content calendars.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support content production, translation, and operational tasks.
  • High level of consistency, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in poker, gaming, cryptocurrency, or related digital entertainment industries is considered an advantage.
  • Additional language skills and experience managing international or multilingual audiences are highly valued.
