The Sr. Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies that drive growth, market presence, and consumer engagement. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel for collaboration and brand activities.
- Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Analyze consumer, category, and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including consumer communication plans and brand positioning initiatives.
- Drive innovation by identifying new product opportunities and line extensions based on consumer trends and market potential.
- Collaborate with retail teams and agency partners to create channel-specific marketing programs that enhance brand presence.
- Manage large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Mentor team members and contribute to fostering a collaborative and high-performing marketing environment.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of brand management experience, preferably in food or beverage CPG.
- Proficiency in market data analysis using tools such as Circana IRI/Nielsen.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and launching new product innovations.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with agency partners and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment and adapt priorities as needed.
