We are seeking a Senior Manager, Content Marketing & Community to lead the creation of engaging, education-first content for our core audience and cultivate a thriving customer and internal community. In this role, you will develop a content hub, collaborate with internal experts and customers, and repurpose content across campaigns and social media channels. You will own strategy and execution for multi-format educational content, influencer engagement, and social programs targeted at senior executives. The ideal candidate combines storytelling expertise with strategic thinking and project management skills, driving measurable impact in content engagement, community growth, and pipeline contribution. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role offering the opportunity to shape thought leadership in a fast-paced, B2B software environment. Accountabilities
- Build and maintain a public-facing, customer-driven content hub that encourages user-generated content and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to create educational resources in multiple formats including text, video, and visuals.
- Partner with practice management, customer success, and sales teams to source relevant topics and contributors.
- Define and prioritize content distribution channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Repurpose content for ABM campaigns, product launches, demand generation initiatives, and social media.
- Develop and execute a social media program targeting C-suite executives, managing channels and content strategy.
- Activate and manage influencer relationships, track engagement metrics, and measure program impact.
- Ensure all content and community initiatives are aligned with business objectives and contribute to pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience at a B2B software company managing content marketing and community programs.
- Proven experience in creating multi-format content and building sustainable communities or advisory networks.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information into compelling narratives.
- Experience managing social channels, executive thought leadership programs, and influencer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, launch, track, and scale content and community programs end-to-end.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple initiatives.
