This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of BnBerry. We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager in Europe. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving growth for an innovative AI-powered hospitality platform. You will translate customer insights into compelling marketing strategies, oversee campaign execution, and collaborate with product and design teams to optimize user acquisition and engagement. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on marketing, enabling you to influence both the product experience and revenue outcomes. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and creativity are highly valued. Your contributions will directly impact the platform's adoption, retention, and overall market presence. Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Transform market insights and customer feedback into clear messaging and positioning for multiple audiences
  • Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition and lifecycle campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing flows, and in-product activation
  • Design and run rapid marketing experiments, track key performance metrics, and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to prepare launches, measure adoption, and optimize the user journey
  • Produce high-converting copy and marketing materials, including landing pages, ads, and email campaigns

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of B2B or B2C software marketing experience with proven success in product launches, positioning, and adoption
  • Strong expertise in audience-based positioning and messaging derived from customer interviews and feedback
  • Hands-on experience with acquisition campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Ability to write and execute marketing experiments with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and iterative testing
  • Excellent copywriting skills for digital campaigns, landing pages, and in-app messaging
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action
  • Comfortable working within CET-friendly hours and managing multiple priorities with clarity and precision
