This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Content & Project Manager in Germany. This role offers the chance to shape and manage digital content strategies across multiple channels, driving engagement and delivering measurable results. You will analyze user behavior using advanced analytics tools, optimize content along the customer journey, and provide actionable recommendations for diverse client projects. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including UX, SEO, analytics, and performance marketing—you will execute high-quality content initiatives such as landing pages, campaigns, and targeted articles. The position allows you to explore innovative approaches, including AI-driven content optimization, in a dynamic and creative environment. You will work independently and in teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining editorial excellence and audience relevance. Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies tailored to client needs across digital channels
  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics using tools like Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare to optimize content along the customer journey
  • Create high-quality content including guides, landing pages, campaign texts, and audience-focused articles while ensuring alignment with UX and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with teams across SEO, UX, web tracking, data analytics, and performance marketing to drive synergies and achieve shared goals
  • Identify emerging trends, generate new content ideas, and incorporate AI-driven innovations into content planning
  • Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and maintain content in CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager or Pimcore

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Media/Communication Studies, Journalism, or a related field
  • Professional experience as a Content Strategist, Editor, Copywriter, or Online Marketing Specialist in a digital environment
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and editorial excellence
  • Excellent command of language, style, and target audience communication—able to simplify complex topics clearly
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Pimcore) and performance analytics tools (Contentsquare, Adobe Analytics)
  • Interest and knowledge in technology trends, particularly AI in marketing and content
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills in both German and English
