We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IntegratedMarketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role blends creative design sensibility with strategic marketing execution, data-driven decision-making, and project coordination. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, web, paid media, etc.).
- Support the development of campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and audience insights.
- Coordinate timelines, task ownership, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule and within budget.
- Track performance metrics and adjust tactics based on performance data and team feedback.
2. Data Insights & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Northbeam, and Amplitude).
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of market trends and assess competitive activity to inform future strategies.
3. Project Management
- Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain project documentation including briefs, timelines, status reports, and debriefs.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
4. Brand Marketing
- Drive brand marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns reflect the brand’s voice, values, and identity.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop assets that support brand storytelling and campaign goals.
- Manage brand messaging across channels to maintain coherence and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience working in DTC/B2C or Lifestyle/CPG marketing
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign coordination, or communications roles.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across digital and offline channels.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, and project management tools like Notion.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Background in design or visual communication.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
