Junior producer

We are hiring our first junior producer at the Investing in Regenerative Agriculture and Food Podcast!

For the last 10 years we have been publishing a podcast, mostly weekly, focused on the role of money, investments and entrepreneurship in the regenerative food and agriculture transition. 

Our mission is to facilitate regeneration at scale.

We do this by finding the best regenerative builders (entrepreneurs, farmers, fund managers, food companies, scientists) and help them accelerate with insights, connections and resources.

Now we need help to scale this. We are looking for someone with a deep interest in regenerative food and agriculture systems, who wants to learn and wants to help us to do more. 

More podcasts, more introductions, more projects, more content, more events, etc.

In order for that to happen we need someone to help us with:

• Preparing weekly episodes for launch: 
• Sharing the recordings with our editor
• Managing the editing process
• Final check before uploading
• Uploading on to our platforms, 
• Reviewing and publishing show notes
• Coordinating with our social media team to draft, schedule and promote episodes
• Email triage (my inbox can get messy 😊): identifying what’s urgent and helping ensure timely replies
• Calendar management: scheduling key priorities while avoiding overload
• Planning and scheduling webinars (AMAs, deep dives, etc.)
• Planning and scheduling events we (co) host, who to invite, following up
• Setting up short prep calls with guests to test audio and ensure they’re ready when we record
• Researching upcoming and potential podcast guests
• And more: bring your creativity and entrepreneurial mindset — there are likely many ways to support our mission that we haven’t thought of yet

• Really AI curious or native, we use AI throughout the media company but can definitely improve. And are open for suggestions. 

This is not just an executive assistant role, although there is some of that responsibility (my email and calendar). We need someone who thinks with us. 

What we offer:

• Flexible, part time (10 hours throughout the week)
• Async mostly, we don’t care when most of this work is done:)
• Paid (obviously), €1000 ex VAT if applicable a month as an independent contractor
• Chance to learn and interact with (according to our humble opinion :-) ) the most interesting people in the regenerative food and ag space

Timing: 

• Deadline application Feb 15th
• Interviews end of Feb
• Start beginning of March
