As we scale globally, we’re looking for a Community Builder to lead our online presence, storytelling, and member engagement. This is more than a role — it’s a chance to shape a movement and build a legacy of inclusive innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow & Engage the Community
• News letter, event, webinar, organising social media engagement, engaging content creation and exploring various avenues to grow our community.
• Build meaningful engagement with founders, investors, partners, and mentors across LinkedIn, Slack, WhatsApp, Substack, and more
• Create a warm, inclusive, and dynamic space for female innovators to thrive
• Social Media & LinkedIn Management
• Own the ICM LinkedIn page and support the founder's LinkedIn presence with regular posts, engagement, and follower growth
• Design and execute content calendars for social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Monitor analytics to improve reach, engagement, and community insights
• Curate & Share Impact Stories
• Highlight founder journeys, investor insights, and key milestones through newsletters, blog posts, and social media
• Co-manage content creation via Canva, Substack, Mailchimp, etc.
• Host & Support Virtual Events
• Plan, organize, and moderate webinars, founder roundtables, virtual panels, and pitch events
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to amplify reach and content quality
• Drive Community Disruption
• Test new formats (AMA sessions, founder spotlights, storytelling reels, etc.) that break the norm and deepen engagement
• Bring bold ideas that excite, educate, and unite the community
• Support Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the founder, design team, and tech/product teams to align on community experience and brand storytelling

You Might Be a Fit If You Are:

• A natural connector with experience in community management, social media growth, and event coordination
• A skilled communicator with a love for storytelling, founder success, and authentic content
• Experienced with tools like LinkedIn, Substack, Canva, Zoom, Notion, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and more
• Passionate about female entrepreneurship, diversity in tech, impact investing, or startup ecosystems
• A proactive self-starter who can independently manage projects and thrive in early-stage, mission-led environments
