POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for leading the marketing function at INTUS Windows, driving brand growth, demand generation, digital strategy, and market engagement. This role owns the execution of marketing programs that expand awareness, generate qualified leads, elevate the customer experience, and reinforce INTUS as a leader in high-performance building solutions. The Marketing & Brand Manager will plan, manage, and optimize all marketing campaigns, content initiatives, events, website and SEO performance, digital funnel conversion, and brand storytelling. This leader will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to ensure marketing strategies support revenue goals and reinforce INTUS’ mission and core values. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about using technology and storytelling to educate the market and strengthen brand engagement.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support revenue targets, brand expansion, and market engagement in alignment with Revenue Operations and company goals.

• Lead all digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, website optimization, and digital funnel performance.

• Manage and optimize the company website, user experience, content strategy, and conversion rate performance across all digital channels.

• Oversee demand generation strategy, building programs that increase qualified leads, improve funnel conversion, and support Sales team objectives.

• Own the INTUS brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visual alignment, and brand integrity across digital, print, events, and communications.

• Develop and execute the company’s brand storytelling initiatives, including sustainability narratives such as One Window One Tree.

• Lead content strategy and production, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, sales enablement assets, videos, webinars, and promotional materials.

• Plan and execute all marketing campaigns, product launches, email sequences, and promotional initiatives to support revenue growth and client engagement.

• Manage industry events, trade shows, webinars, and educational programs to increase brand visibility and market influence.

• Collaborate with Sales to align marketing activities with target audiences, campaign timing, territory focus, and account needs.

• Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure CRM, analytics dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting accurately reflect marketing impact.

• Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, ROI, and conversion trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive insights, emerging opportunities, and content needs that influence marketing strategy.

• Strengthen relationships with developers, architects, general contractors, and strategic partners through high-level brand engagement and educational outreach.

• Manage relationships with external creative, digital, or production partners to ensure quality execution of campaigns and initiatives.

• Support the Revenue Operations in long-term marketing strategy, budgeting, investment decisions, and future team scaling.

KEY COMPETENCIES 

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to design and execute multichannel marketing campaigns.

• Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid media, CRM/automation tools, analytics, and digital funnels.

• Brand Leadership: Ability to manage messaging, creative standards, brand consistency, and storytelling.

• Content Development: Skilled at creating or directing the creation of high quality content across formats.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly.

• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communicator able to coordinate across Sales, RevOps, and Product teams.

• Innovation: Familiarity with emerging digital tools, AI-driven marketing solutions, and modern marketing frameworks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required).

• 5–10 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, demand generation, or digital strategy.

• Experience in B2B, construction, manufacturing, building products, sustainability, or technology-driven industries preferred.

• Demonstrated success managing multi-channel marketing programs and brand initiatives.

• Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation systems, SEO platforms, and analytics dashboards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Primarily remote work environment with periodic travel to company offices, client meetings, or industry events.

• Extended periods of sitting and computer work using ergonomic equipment.

• Ability to work extended hours during key business cycles (e.g., launches, events, or strategic planning).
