Intuitive Mindset Limited is seeking experienced, motivated professionals in Victoria, Australia to join our team in the personal development and success education space. Your focus will be on guiding individuals and groups through structured programs designed to enhance leadership, personal growth, and professional skills — all on a schedule that suits your lifestyle. 

What you’ll do: 

Support clients as they engage with structured personal growth and leadership programs. 

Build and maintain strong client relationships while tracking progress toward goals. 

Work with flexibility while having access to a broader team for guidance and support. 

 Who you are: 

Experienced in fields such as consulting, client engagement, coaching/mentoring, marketing, or other professional roles. 

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. 

Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable using mainstream digital technology. 

Social media awareness is useful, but a willingness to learn marketing skills is more important — full training is provided. 

Passionate about leadership, personal growth, and helping others achieve their objectives. 

This role suits experienced professionals who are proactive, self-motivated, and open to learning and professional growth.
