The Role

We’re hiring a Cold Email Expert and Cold Email Campaign Manager to supercharge the performance of our VIP Program - Instantly’s fast-growing, managed outbound service. You’ll be part strategist, part technician, part copywriter - deeply fluent in cold email best practices, automation workflows, and campaign optimization. This is a high-leverage, hands-on role where you’ll collaborate across marketing, customer success, and growth to drive real results for our VIP clients.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and launch cold email campaigns that drive replies, meetings, and revenue.
• Own copy, targeting, sequencing, and A/B testing across multiple client accounts.
• Build scalable outbound systems using Instantly, Zapier, n8n, and CRMs.
• Ensure high deliverability through domain setup, inbox rotation, and warmup best practices.
• Act as the go-to technical and strategic expert for our managed services team.
• Create SOPs, templates, and repeatable systems to scale performance across clients.
• Analyze campaign results and continuously improve copy and workflows.
• Share learnings with the product team to inform roadmap and feature enhancements.
