Location: Fully remote!
Responsibilities:
• Help organize marketing campaigns across search, email, and website.
• Collect campaign data, prepare reports, and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate requests for graphics and digital assets.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials (digital ads, landing pages, emails) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistent brand voice.
• Submit marketing materials for vendor and compliance review and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and adherence to compliance regulations.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, tracking budgets, and maintaining vendor records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Experience in financial services industry a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple priorities quickly and efficiently
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
