We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and highly engaging Community Manager to build, grow, and nurture our online community. If you love connecting with people, fostering conversations, and creating meaningful community experiences, this role is perfect for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build, engage, and manage online communities across platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups, forums)
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies and content plans
• Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and ensure a positive environment
• Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner
• Monitor community sentiment and prepare insights or reports for internal teams
• Organise and host online events, AMAs, workshops, or virtual meetups
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to amplify updates and initiatives
• Track community metrics and engagement performance
• Identify and nurture community ambassadors, moderators, and power users
• Stay updated on community trends, tools, and best practices

✅ Requirements

• 1–3+ years experience in community management, social media, customer success, or related fields
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with community platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack, Telegram, Reddit, Facebook Groups)
• Ability to analyse engagement metrics and provide actionable insights
• Creative mindset with an understanding of online culture and audience behaviour
• Experience hosting online events or live sessions is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
