Marketing Assistant (Maternity cover)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our remote marketing team for maternity cover, from end of February to mid December 2026. They will play a key role in supporting campaigns, content, communications and marketing operations across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Community Management

• Manage, schedule, monitor, and report on content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Engage with online communities and help grow our digital presence.

Email Marketing Support

• Assist with building emails and supporting deployment and analytics.

Content Creation

• Create short-form content (social media) and internal communications/content

Sales Partner Communications

• Coordinate and support marketing updates and materials to sales partners.

PMI Administration

• Support acquisition integration tasks and related admin processes.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and ad hoc analytics.

Campaign & Event Support

• Assist with campaign execution and event-related communications and assets.

General Marketing Administration

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the marketing team and sales support.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
