we’re working with a lean early-stage ai startup building collaborative agent workflows, and they’re looking for a growth operator to help scale users and optimize every part of the funnel. this is a chance to join a product-led team early and directly shape how the company grows.

💡 who they’re looking for:

someone who lives for experiments and optimization. maybe you’ve done demand gen or user growth at a small saas startup. maybe you’ve hacked together landing pages, onboarding flows, or seo systems. you don’t need to be an engineer — but you should know how to ship, measure, and tweak.

🤓 what you’ll do:

• run a/b tests and growth experiments across web, email, and product
• build + optimize funnels using tools like segment, mixpanel, and zapier
• test and deploy ai-powered onboarding, personalization, or automation flows
• ideate and launch acquisition channels, from cold outreach to content loops
• work directly with founders on user growth and retention

👨‍💻 what you need:

• 2–5 years in growth or marketing ops at a b2b/saas startup
• strong grasp of analytics, conversion funnels, and growth metrics
• comfort with low-code tools (zapier, webflow, airtable)
• bonus: used ai tools (chatgpt, agent platforms, etc.) to automate or scale growth ops
