Company Description
Ijabat Tech Solutions, LLC is the owner and operator of Cleann.org, a platform focused on helping customers find and compare professional detailing services.
We are building a scalable, growth-driven platform and are looking for a partner to take ownership of customer acquisition and revenue generation from the ground up.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Head of Growth / Growth Partner.
This is not a traditional salaried role from day one. It is a performance-driven growth leadership position with a clear path into an executive role and equity ownership.
You will be responsible for building and scaling the company’s entire acquisition engine, including:
* Paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google)
* Influencer and affiliate partnerships
* Agencies and outbound strategies
* Email marketing and lifecycle growth
* Local and in-person acquisition strategies
You will have full ownership over growth strategy and execution, operating with a defined budget and performance-based incentives.
Compensation & Structure
Phase 1 – Builder (Performance-Based)
* Earn 10% of net revenue generated from all channels you establish and manage
* Control up to 20% of revenue as a growth budget (ads, creators, partnerships, events)
* Responsible for building a scalable, repeatable acquisition system
Transition to Phase 2 occurs when you reach:
* ~$10,000/month in commission (≈ $100k MRR)
Phase 2 – Executive Role
* Transition into a salaried executive position
* Compensation evolves to include:
* Base salary
* Performance bonuses
* Reduced revenue participation
* Take ownership of scaling systems, teams, and operations
Equity Opportunity
* Earn up to 5% equity based on revenue growth milestones
* Direct participation in long-term ownership of the business
What We’re Looking For
* Proven ability to generate and scale customer acquisition
* Experience running paid ads, partnerships, or growth channels
* Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, churn)
* Ability to operate independently and own outcomes
* Experience working with or building SaaS or marketplace platforms is a plus
