The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can operate across strategy and execution owning key marketing initiatives that drive growth, strengthen our market positioning, and enable our sales and partner ecosystem.
This role sits at the center of Hyke’s go-to-market engine and will play a critical part in shaping how we communicate our value, generate demand, and support revenue teams.
What You’ll Do1. Product Marketing & Positioning
- Develop and refine Hyke’s messaging, positioning, and narrative across key audiences (employers, brokers, carriers, HCM/Ben Admin partners)
- Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
- Partner with Product and Leadership to bring new features and innovations to market
- Build core assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, product narratives, competitive positioning
2. Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and brand awareness
- Own campaign strategy across email, LinkedIn, content, and partner channels
- Develop targeted campaigns for key segments (mid-market employers, brokers, carriers)
- Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
3. Partnership Marketing
- Collaborate with strategic partners (carriers, brokers, HCM platforms) on co-marketing initiatives
- Develop co-branded content, campaigns, and launch plans
- Support partner enablement with messaging, collateral, and go-to-market alignment
- Help amplify partner announcements, integrations, and joint value stories
4. Sales & Field Enablement
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials (decks, talk tracks, case studies, demos)
- Partner closely with sales and leadership to refine messaging based on market feedback
- Support field marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and partner activations
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all customer-facing materials
5. Content & Thought Leadership
- Own Hyke’s content strategy across blog, LinkedIn, email, and PR support
- Develop high-impact content including: Thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers and reports
- Product storytelling
- Support executive visibility (LinkedIn content, speaking narratives, press opportunities)
What You Bring
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing (HR tech, benefits, SaaS, or related industries preferred)
- Strong product marketing and messaging experience
- Experience supporting demand generation and campaign execution
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and partnerships
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficient in leveraging technology, software, and AI tools to work faster and smarter from automating repetitive tasks to accelerating content creation and extracting insights more efficiently
