Pets are not a new topic; there are thousands of pet brands, food, toys, and snacks, but no one is tackling the source of the future of pets. So why HonestDog?

Because with HonestDog, we get to build the future of pets. Where should the future of pets come from? Who should they go to? We answer these questions, think from first principles, and combine them with our passion for tech to build THE platform to find and take care of your pet.

We launched the platform in June 2022 and have over 23,000 registered buyers and 2000+ breeders, and we are just getting started!

Tasks

Your main goal is to increase connections between breeders/shelters and pet parents

• Scale buyers and increase app traffic through SEA, SEO, social media

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Instagram/TikTok

• Optimise our E2E funnel to increase revenues (conversions, CTR, CAC, CLTV)

• Automate and optimise AI companions to support you day-to-day

• Be close to customers and partners, supporting customer support and partner updates

Based on what you know about the role 👆, you are the best evaluator to decide if you believe this is a role you will be able to thrive in.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Fluent in German (C2) & English
• AI proficient with tools related to marketing
• Like to have autonomy, ownership and responsibility from day 1
• At least 2 years hands-on experience running and optimising campaigns (performance, content, or lifecycle), ideally in a startup or for your own projects.

Great-Haves

• You have or had a dog and are knowledgeable about them
