This isn't a chill 9-to-5 role. You'll be running live accounts for DTC eCom brands, learning from the team, who lives and breathes performance, building technical skills most never develop. We care about precision, testing, and understanding why something works, not just that it does.
- Ad Platform execution: setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns for a portfolio of eCom brands. Either Google OR Meta Ads, depending on your background and strengths.
- Performance analysis: digging into the numbers, spotting patterns, and translating them into clear actions. Beyond the in-platform metrics.
- Creative & copy testing: writing ad copy, supporting creative briefs, and contributing to structured testing frameworks.
- Tracking & technical implementation: working inside GTM, Meta Pixel, and GA4 to make sure data is clean, accurate, and actually trustworthy.
- Cross-platform coordination: supporting account strategy, reporting, and client communication.
- Learning relentlessly: noting down every detail on strategy calls, asking good questions, and pushing yourself to understand things two levels deeper than required.
- Fluent and confident communication in English.
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads in a Performance Marketing Environment (at least junior position, internships or freelance)
- You know how ecom brands work, the dynamics and business principles behind. Analytical mindset: comfortable in spreadsheets, able to spot what matters in a data set.
