SEO Manager (Fully Remote)

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, integrate seamlessly into the team, and deliver results—while embracing our fun, ethical, and hardworking culture.

You’ll need to be highly organised, confident in communicating with clients, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

This isn’t a junior role. You’ll need at least two years of SEO experience and the confidence to make account decisions independently. You’ll also be working on AISO (SEO for AI), so we’re looking for someone who’s curious, innovative, and not afraid to take risks or explore uncharted territory.

Attitude matters. You should be positive, proactive, and a real team player.

Requirements:

• You have client-facing SEO account management experience. You get energy from working with clients.
• You think strategically and communicate clearly—both in writing and in person.
• You’ve got a solid grasp of local SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical.
• You know Search Console, GA4, and Semrush like the back of your hand.
• You’ve got at least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a focus on local.
• You’ve juggled multiple projects in a fast-paced agency—and you thrive on it.
• You’re ruthlessly organised with your tasks, priorities, and time.
• You’ve got a great sense of humour—if you’re super straight-laced, this probably isn’t the place for you.
• You work well with others and want the whole team to succeed.
• You’ve worked with WordPress sites and understand how plugins impact SEO performance.
• HTML/CSS knowledge - comfortable making SEO tweaks in Elementor, Divi, or code view.
• You’re comfortable creating and validating JSON-LD schema markup.
• You understand how AI and generative search are changing the SEO landscape.
• You know how to write or optimise service and location pages that rank and convert.
• You’re confident auditing a website and turning insights into a clear SEO roadmap.
• You have experience using and optimising Rankmath SEO.
• You know how to optimise and manage Google Business Profiles to boost local visibility and engagement.
• You take initiative and don’t wait to be told what needs doing.
• You’re UK-based and have the right to work here.
