We are looking for a creative, analytical, and well-connected Influencer Marketing Specialist to grow our brand's presence in the Polish market. If you have your finger on the pulse of social media trends, know who the real tastemakers are in Poland, and want to drive growth through strategic local partnerships, we want to meet you!

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Language: Native-level Polish and proficiency in English.
• Experience: Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Local Insight: Deep understanding of the Polish social media ecosystem, popular platforms, and local creator trends.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with influencers.

What You Will Do

• Influencer Research: Identify high-engagement local influencers who align with our brand identity and values.
• Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end operational processes, including outreach, briefing, and content approval.
• HQ-Aligned Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion) in direct alignment with our Global HQ standards.
• Market Intelligence: Keep a close eye on competitors in Poland and propose creative campaign ideas tailored to local trends.
