Overview
We are recruiting contributors for AI projects that require coordination of creative tasks, assets and workflow updates. You will maintain organized records, track handoffs and surface missing information for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Track creative tasks, assets and handoffs through the project workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of status, revisions and follow-up actions.
- Check that briefs and source materials are available before routing work.
- Communicate routine workflow updates in the required format.
- Flag blocked items and unclear requests for the project team.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.
- Ability to organize creative workflow details and task records.
- Ability to communicate clear written updates and follow-up actions.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.
- Previous experience coordinating creative work is helpful but not required.
