HiCareer is supporting a confidential, fast-growing D2C brand in hiring a Brand Marketing Manager. The company has been remote-first from day one, is 25+ people today, and sells directly to customers across multiple European markets.
This role is for someone who loves building brands people actually care about, ab´n not just running campaigns, but shaping how a brand feels, sounds and shows up everywhere.
Employment or consulting setup is flexible.
🎯 What You’ll Work On
You’ll own and evolve the brand across channels, markets and touchpoints.
- Lead brand strategy and positioning across Europe
- Shape the brand voice, storytelling and visual expression
- Drive brand campaigns across social, content, creators and partnerships
- Work closely with performance, e-commerce and creative teams
- Initiate collaborations, UGC concepts and brand activations
- Ensure consistency across website, campaigns and product communication
- Translate brand into growth — awareness, consideration and loyalty
Brand & marketing stack:
Modern D2C setup including social platforms, creator tools, content workflows, analytics and experimentation tools - with openness to testing new tools and AI-assisted workflows.
🚀 Who They’re Looking For
- Experience in brand marketing, ideally from D2C or consumer brands
- Native in English. Additional languages (i.e. German, Spanish, French) is a bonus
- Strong creative instincts combined with executional ability
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a remote environment
- Curious mindset — eager to test new tools, formats and ideas
- Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term impact
- Preferrably EU-based and comfortable working remote-first
