These are contract roles not employee roles, will suit people that want to set up or expand their own business under the GrowSure brand finding clients and servicing our clients. Contracted initially with a view to a permanent role with possible early-stage equity.

About the opportunity
This is an opportunity to become part of the GrowSure team as we move quickly from MVP to MVB and expand our GTM capabilities. We seek two people to become expert at the GrowSure outreach process then use the process and software to generate substantial income for themselves, and to work with us to further stress test and evolve the process and the platforms’ ability to change outreach outcomes.
In the first instance this is a role of an Outreach Advisor working independently but under the GrowSure brand and with full access to the GrowSure software. You will leverage your relationships with businesses who are dependent on outreach growth and use the GrowSure process to engage with new buyers. This is a fully supported role and it’s fair to say we are expert at finding and engaging with our buyers.
We are a self-funded start up although our founders have been doing this for sixteen years, we are on the verge of partnerships and global distribution deals hence the need to expand our team. There is a potential for equity for a person that challenges us and improves us.
Although we seek someone full time, we will entertain part time for a period for the right people to transition out of current commitments.

GrowSure is an outreach planning, deployment and improvement SaaS platform support by expert Outreach Advisors. GrowSure becomes the co-creation environment for a GTM plan that brings together product engineers, segment owners, channel leads, digital marketing and customer-facing teams to develop unique solutions that differentiate customers to their buyers and speaks to customer pain points in their own language.
Clients are often experiencing outreach skill atrophy, are time poor but are committed to setting up their customer facing roles for success. Our Advisors bring best of breed knowledge and resources to ensure skills are refreshed, organisation-wide ownership of growth is achieved, and discipline is reintroduced to outreach.
Boards and investors love the visibility that a GrowSure plan provides, and Salespeople love the ready-made self-guidance tools that allow highly focussed GTM plans and target audience messaging.
Our company mission is to help companies move from the failed model of trying to find the next great salesperson or sales leader to a structured predictable approach.
About you
What we don’t want is self-assessed salespeople and leaders who believe they know best, we fix process not people so we need people who will follow our proven process but also who challenge everything we do and why we do it, so we don’t need sheep either.
We are not fractional sales leaders we are advisors who are expert on the GrowSure outreach process and the collective of our outreach knowledge is second to none. We emphasise to our clients the power of collaboration and we do the same, every client plan is peer reviewed and improved.
Your credibility is critical, as is your ability to work with your clients in a way that challenges their practices and mindsets in a constructive way. We sell to business leaders, and they expect to see a similar level of experience.
Summary: You are looking to have control over your time and income and become involved in a business whose sole purpose is to help companies find a solution to their outreach predictability and spend, the promises of LinkedIn, Meta and Google are not paying the bills for most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a personal GTM plan in the GrowSure platform
- Deploy that plan creating substantial revenue
- Engage with self-sourced clients to build and deploy plans
- Engage with GrowSure sourced clients to build and deploy plans
- Engage regularly with the GrowSure Directors with feedback and ideas
- Attend client review meetings
- Participate in global partnering opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- GrowSure values lived experience over qualifications
- Consulting, Advisor or Sales Leader background is highly regarded but challenge us if you don’t agree
- You must have a current Australian ABN and are, or willing to be registered for GST
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Honest, highly structure and is serious about client confidentiality
- Data-driven with the ability to analyse outreach performance and implement improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Unchallengeable resolve, take wins and setbacks
- This role is incentive based so the ability to self-fund during growth
- Must enjoy what we do and have a sense of humour
