About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and elevate our e-commerce client accounts. If you're a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing analytics and client management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce clients, presenting insights, strategic recommendations, and performance reports to help achieve business goals.
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, effective project management, and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Use data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance (ROAS, net revenue, etc.) to meet client objectives.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, contribute to internal training, and share best practices across the team.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce account management and paid media strategy.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights.
- Proven ability to think strategically and drive results through innovative paid media strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to make actionable decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
