Are you a HubSpot expert who loves building across the entire platform? GreenHouse Agency, a Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner that works exclusively with credit unions, banks, and other financial services organizations, is looking for our next HubSpot CRM Administrator to join our Delivery team!
As our HubSpot CRM Administrator, you'll be the hands-on builder behind our client portals. Our clients' marketing, sales, and service teams all run on HubSpot, so you'll configure and build across Marketing Hub, Content Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub: workflows, emails, pipelines, tickets, forms, pages, and dashboards. You'll make sure every portal we hand off is clean, well built, and ready for the teams who will use it every day. This role is perfect for someone who gets satisfaction from a workflow that fires exactly as designed, a pipeline that mirrors how a team really works, and a client who says, "This is exactly what we needed."
This is a fully remote, mid-level position on our implementation team, reporting to our Director of Client Growth Strategies, with the opportunity for growth into a senior technical or team lead role as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Configure and build in all four Hubs: workflows, emails, forms, landing pages, pipelines, sequences, ticket pipelines, help desk, and knowledge base content
- Build dashboards and reports across marketing, sales, and service
- Help build and publish website pages in HubSpot once our developers have created the templates
- Attend, and where appropriate co-run, discovery sessions at the start of each client engagement
- Test work in sandbox, deploy to production, and walk clients through what you've built, following HubSpot and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, including client questions and support tickets, and get to the root cause
- Support data quality, Data Studio datasets, and CRM syncs alongside our Solutions Architect and Integration Specialist
- Track your hours against Statement of Work deliverables and flag risks early
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation or administration experience
- Financial services experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience configuring and building assets in Marketing Hub, Content Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Strong workflow, reporting, and sandbox testing skills
- Working knowledge of custom objects, properties, and associations
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with ClickUp and Google Workspace
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative approach
Bonus Skills
Agency or client-facing digital marketing experience, HubSpot CMS page-building experience, Data Hub or Data Studio experience, and advanced HubSpot certifications.
