Event Program Manager Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing high-touch corporate events, ideally in an agency setting
• Strong client presence and communication skills, with a knack for building trust
• Proven success leading multiple large-scale projects with precision, calm, and care
• Deep expertise in managing end-to-end event operations—including budgeting, venue planning, logistics, vendors, registration, and on-site execution
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Team-first attitude with a commitment to excellence in every detail
• Occasional trips to Canada - possibly Europe and the Caribbean
• Must be from the following states: CA, CT, FL, GA, MA, MI, NV, NJ, NY, PA, TX, TN
• Must have agency experience
• Not in restaurant, catering, or nonprofit work backgrounds
