Good and Bad People is a fast-growing social media platform. Our platform is trusted by SEO agencies and brands worldwide who buy guest posts & sponsored content placements on authoritative sites like ours.
We’re expanding aggressively and seeking a driven Sales & Outreach Executive to scale our guest post partnerships through multi-channel outreach.
What You'll Do
- Identify and target SEO agencies, link-building companies, and brands that purchase guest posts.
- Conduct outreach campaigns via:
- Cold email
- LinkedIn connections & messaging
- Social media (SEO groups, marketing communities, etc.)
- Agency directories & networks
- Pitch and negotiate guest post opportunities (rates, link placements, packages).
- Onboard agencies as recurring partners, not just one-time buyers.
- Maintain and update the pipeline of prospects in CRM.
- Hit weekly/monthly KPIs (outreach volume, replies, conversions, revenue closed).
Tools & Apps You Should Know
Hands-on experience with outreach & sales tools is a must:
- Cold Email Tools: Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Woodpecker, Mailshake, Reply.io
- Lead Prospecting Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Apollo
- CRM Tools: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or even Google Sheets
- SEO Concepts: DA, DR, anchor text, dofollow/nofollow, link placement quality
- Communication Tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
Ideal Candidate
- Proven success in SEO sales, link building outreach, or guest post partnerships.
- Track record of closing deals through cold outreach.
- Confident with multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, communities).
- Excellent written/spoken English & negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
- Bonus: Existing network of SEO agencies / link builders = huge advantage.
Compensation
- First 3 months (Probation): Commission-only (10–20% per closed deal).
- After Probation Period (Permanent): Base salary + uncapped commission.
