We're partnering with a consulting-led digital marketing agency that prioritizes driving profitable growth for a diverse range of clients, including innovative scale-ups, global brands, and private equity firms. With a comprehensive suite of in-house capabilities, including media buying and advertising, creative, SEO, social media management, content, web analytics and attribution, and website development, they offer visionary yet pragmatic solutions. They are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead a portfolio of high-value clients across various verticals within the US market. This role is designed for a proactive, flexible, and dedicated individual who can operate autonomously. You'll be instrumental in establishing and growing their US presence, with significant opportunities for career advancement as the team expands.

The Role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and fostering strong relationships. This is a hands-on role where you will leverage your expertise in performance marketing to drive strategy and execution. You'll be the primary point of contact for US clients, representing the agency and leading day-to-day communications and servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible and accountable for the success and growth of your client portfolio, including in-platform management and execution.
  • Develop intricate strategies for clients that define investment, channels, and targeting.
  • Provide insight, analysis, and guidance to clients and the team on campaign optimization and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with wider digital teams (SEO, Creative etc.) to effectively plan and deliver campaigns in budget to timeline.
  • Own your accounts and be accountable for the finance, invoicing, and administration of your clients, setting the standard for best practice across all channels and platforms.

About You

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and 2-3 years of experience in Paid Social are crucial.
  • Experience with at least one other major marketing channel or platform (e.g., GMP, a programmatic DSP, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Experience working across multi-channel clients (at least one other channel such as Display, Video, Paid Social, etc.) and experience with e-commerce and lead generation businesses is desirable.
  • Knowledge of tracking performance campaigns (Google Analytics, tagging, ad serving, click tracking, call tracking).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently, with a strong sense of pride in your work.
  • An agency background or experience as a freelancer is preferred due to the autonomous and remote nature of the role.
