Content Writer / Account Manager

Company Description

• Forj is a boutique B2B LinkedIn marketing agency founded by Matt Huang (former Google, BCG, 140k+ on YouTube) that helps founders & executives turn their voices into growth engines.
• We’ve scaled past $100k+ ARR in the 3 months since launch and are looking for our first full-time hire: someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and wants to help scale a top-tier founder-led agency.
• This role blends writing, client strategy, and relationship management. You’ll work directly with Matt and own end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts.

What you'll do

• Create 5 posts per week per client (we manage executive accounts, not brand pages)
• Leave high-quality, context-rich comments and help manage outbound engagement
• Provide top tier client service, including responsiveness to client messages and inquiries
• Incorporate direct, transparent feedback and iterate quickly on voice, positioning, and frameworks
• Over time, build systems and playbooks to help Forj scale our content ops

Qualifications

• US or Canada-based (we operate on EST)
• Proven writing ability, especially for executive or founder voices on LinkedIn
• High agency: You take ownership, anticipate needs, and move fast
• Client-first mindset: You care deeply about quality, responsiveness, and results
• Comfortable working 1:1 with founders, CMOs, and executives
• Capacity to scale to 5+ clients (you’ll start with one, ramp to full capacity within weeks)
