What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting structured introductory phone and Zoom conversations

• Managing client communication and ongoing engagement

• Supporting approved digital marketing and online communication activities

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development

• Managing appointments, follow-up communication, and workflow organisation

• Working independently within established systems and processes

• Assisting prospective clients through established engagement and information-sharing processes

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional or business experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and self-motivated approach

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Organised and confident using online communication platforms

• Open to ongoing learning and professional development

• Professional approach to time management and accountability

• Experience in business development, client engagement, consulting, education, leadership, sales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
