As we enter this critical growth phase, we recognize content is a core revenue driver, not a support function, and are building a modern, high-performance go-to-market engine. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and scale our content strategy end-to-end.
This role sits at the center of growth, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that generate pipeline and accelerate enterprise deals.
You will be the primary owner of our content engine at a pivotal inflection point, shaping how GPI shows up in the market.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution
- Own content strategy across awareness, consideration, and decision stages, aligned to revenue and pipeline goals
- Translate product capabilities into persona-driven narratives (R&D, Sensory, Consumer Insights, Innovation leaders)
- Partner with Growth, Sales, and Product to ensure content directly supports deal progression and win rates
- Build and manage a high-impact editorial calendar tied to product launches, campaigns, events, and sales priorities
Content Development
- Move beyond static content and introduce engaging, conversion-oriented formats
- Develop content across formats:
- Thought leadership (blogs, POVs, whitepapers)
- Sales enablement (case studies, one-pagers, decks)
- Demand generation (LinkedIn content, email sequences, landing pages)
- Multimedia (short-form video, webinars, interactive demos, tools/templates)
Content Operations & Scaling
- Manage and optimize existing agency and contractor relationships
- Build a scalable content production model leveraging freelancers, AI tools, and internal SMEs
- Interview and ghostwrite for internal leaders (CEO, CGO, Product, Client Partners)
Performance & Optimization
- Own content performance metrics:
- Traffic, engagement, and SEO rankings
- MQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
- Continuously optimize content based on data, search intent, and buyer signals
- Identify and double down on high-performing content themes
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in B2B content marketing, ideally in enterprise SaaS, data, or AI platforms
- Proven experience supporting sales-led GTM motions (not just brand/content for traffic)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to:
- Simplify complex, technical products
- Tell compelling, insight-led stories
- Write across the full buyer journey
● Experience creating multi-format content, including video, webinars, and interactive assets
● Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and production workflows
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- SEO fundamentals (keyword strategy, intent mapping, on-page optimization, internal linking)
- Content analytics and performance tracking
Bonus
- Experience marketing to CPG, Consumer Insights, or R&D/Sensory audiences
- Familiarity with AI-driven products or data platforms
- Light design capability (Figma, Canva)
