Role Overview
The Director of Integrated Marketing develops culturally sharp, insight-driven campaign concepts that Fixated brings to brand partners. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and revenue, you’ll translate brand objectives, platform trends, and creator strengths into polished, pitch-ready programs that our Brand Partnerships team can confidently take to market. This role shapes how Fixated shows up to marketers and drives new business through breakthrough ideas that combine creators, content, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated, creator-led campaign concepts and programs purpose-built for brand partnership opportunities
- Translate client objectives, cultural insights, and platform/talent strengths into clear, compelling, and highly sellable ideas
- Partner closely with Brand Partnerships and Talent teams to refine programs based on pitch feedback, feasibility, and brand needs
- Lead the end-to-end creation of proposal materials, decks, narratives, positioning, and supporting assets that tell a crisp story
- Own the RFP response process from strategic approach through creative development and final delivery
- Present and pitch concepts to internal teams, creators, and brand partners with clarity, confidence, and strong storytelling
- Stay ahead of cultural, platform, and marketplace trends to ensure Fixated’s programs are differentiated, relevant, and competitively positioned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, creative strategy, or a related discipline within the digital or creator ecosystem
- A track record of developing culturally relevant, insight-driven campaign concepts that resonate with brand marketers
- Strong experience crafting proposals, writing strategic narratives, and structuring programs for creator- or content-led brand partnerships
- Demonstrated success leading or contributing to RFP responses, from strategic approach to polished delivery
- Exceptional storytelling, pitching, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to internal teams, creators, and brand partners
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Talent, and Content teams in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Tools & Systems
Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar), and presentation software (Slides/PowerPoint). Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus, but not required.
