Role Description
As our Demand Generation Manager, you will drive our lead growth. You’ll have a Content Writer and a Video Editor at your disposal to create world-class assets, and you’ll also collaborate closely with our founder Tim, who regularly records videos for our 100k+ subscriber YouTube channel. The strategy, distribution, and HubSpot magic will belong to you: turning that content engine into measurable pipeline and revenue.
This role is remote with in-person event attendance required.
This is a results-based role and you will be expected to show progress towards the department’s targets.
OurDemand Generation Manager’s Key Priorities are as Follows:
- Increase sales-qualified inbound leads through our marketing output within the allocated budget.
- Manage Exposure Ninja’s own marketing channels, lead funnels and website.
OurDemand Generation Manager’sCore Responsibilities are as Follows:
- Architecting the Funnel: You’ll map out exactly how our target clients go from "never heard of us" to "booking a call." You will own the performance of our website as a lead-generation tool, and you’ll build the landing pages, the lead magnets, and the logic that makes it happen.
- Managing the Creative Duo: You’ll manage our Content Writer and Video Editor, setting the direction for our content creation. You don't need to edit the video, but you need to tell the editor: "I need a 45-second hook for this CMO audience that highlights [X] pain points."
- HubSpot Mastery: You’ll build automated workflows, email nurture sequences that separate the "tyre kickers" from the high-value whales, and nurture those not yet ready to contact our sales team.
- Sponsorship & Partner Management: You’ll be the primary point of contact for our partners and sponsors: managing the sponsorship calendar, briefing the creative team on partner requirements, and ensuring we deliver exceptional co-branded content. You’ll plan joint campaigns, organise and support sponsorship activity, and represent Exposure Ninja at selected industry events.
- ABM & Paid Media: You’ll run targeted LinkedIn campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays. You’ll "surround" our dream clients with content until they can’t help but click.
- Webinar & Event Production: You’ll organise our webinars, podcasts and events. You’ll ensure the "behind-the-scenes" is flawless — from the sign-up page to the post-event marketing follow-ups.
- Bonus Points: If you’re comfortable co-hosting a podcast and webinar with our CEO, that’s a huge plus. But your main job is making sure the webinar actually converts.
- Reporting: You’ll report directly to the CEO on one thing: the SQL count. You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales to ensure leads delivered via our marketing are qualified, and you’ll have the autonomy to execute your own strategies.
Who You Are:
- You are "Strategy + Execution": You can think at a high level about our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), but you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty building the emails yourself.
- You are a Leader: You know how to get the best out of creative people by giving them clear briefs and actionable feedback.
- You are Data-Obsessed: You don't guess, you test. You’re constantly tweaking the funnel to improve the conversion rate from MQL to SQL. You ideally have experience working with Hubspot.
To be successful in this role we recommend:
- At least three years experience in a B2B Marketing or Demand Generation position (either in-house or agency side) with evidence of successfully driving SQLs for the business.
- Positive, proactive and collaborative work attitude.
- Highly organised.
- Native-level English — both verbal and written.
